The conduct of financial management by the Council is governed by its Financial Regulations Ryde Town Council – Financial Regulations – May 2017.
These stipulate the way in which the Town Council must undertake matters such as the preparation of the annual budget, budgetary control, accounting an audit, banking arrangements and the Local Government Transparency Code.
