Carriageway Works in Pellhurst Road, Ryde

Island Roads have informed the Town Council about the carriageway works that are due to take place in Pellhurst Road, and  provided some information and guidance in relation to what will happen during the works, to enable you to plan accordingly. 

Summary of Works

Type of Work:

·       Trial pit investigation works

 
Location of works:

·       Pellhurst Road, Ryde between Ratcliffe Avenue and Arthur Street

 
Date of works:

·       Monday 8th April 2019 & Friday 12th April 2019

 
Time of works:

·       9am to 3pm on each day

 
Safety measures during works:

·       Road closure between Ratcliffe Avenue and Arthur Street

·       Emergency access will be maintained.

In an emergency

We work closely with the emergency services to inform them of works taking place across the Island and will assist the emergency services to safely pass through the site, should they need to access the works area in the event of an emergency.

Waste collection 

If these works coincide with your usual waste collection day, please ensure your waste is on the kerbside before 7am to enable its early collection.
