The alternative route will be sign posted locally. The closure is required for safety during carriageway repairs.

Reed Street, Ryde, (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order No 1 2021 Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 0800 hours until 2300 hours, for one day, from Tuesday 20 July 2021 until Thursday 22 July 2021, or when the works has been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Reed Street for its entire length. Ratcliffe Avenue, Ryde, (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order No 1 2021 Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 0800 hours until 2300 hours, for one day, from Wednesday 21 July 2021 until Friday 23 July 2021, or when the works has been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Ratcliffe Avenue between its junctions with West Street and Adelaide Place. The alternative route will be sign posted locally. The closure is required for safety during carriageway repairs.

Great Preston Road, Ryde, (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order No 3 2021 Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 0930 hours until 1530 hours, or, from 1930 hours until 2300 hours, for one day, from Tuesday 13 July 2021 until Thursday 15 July 2021, or when the works has been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Great Preston Road between its junctions with Smallbrook Lane and Brading Road. The alternative route will be sign posted locally. The closure is required for safety during carriageway repairs. 

Well Street, Ryde, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order No 2 2021 Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 0001 hours from Sunday 04 July 2021 until 2359 hours on Friday 09 July 2021, or when the works has been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Well Street between its junctions with Edward Street and Prince Street. The alternative route will be sign posted locally. The closure is required for safety during utility works.

Island Roads on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council give notice that between 1500 hours and 0600 hours on approximately five to ten shifts, or when the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner; that no vehicle or person may use, or cause any animal to use the following roads; and that no vehicle is permitted to wait on the following roads or within 50 metres on any adjoining side road where indicated by traffic signs. The closures are for high friction surfacing works, carriageway and footway repairs, resurfacing, drainage works, verge maintenance and kerbing works between Friday 09 July 2021 and Friday 20 August 2021. Exact dates, durations and access information will be communicated to affected businesses and residents via letter and advanced warning signs before the scheme commences. It may be necessary to close this section of road on more than one occasion within this timeframe:
