St Thomas Street, (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order No 2 2021 Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 0800 hours from Monday 05 July 2021 until 1600 hours on Thursday 08 July 2021, or when the works has been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along St Thomas Street between its junctions with Lind Street and Yelfs Road. The alternative route will be sign posted locally. The closure is required for safety during utility works.

Ashey Road, Ryde, (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order No 5 2021 Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 1830 hours until 0630 hours, each night, from Tuesday 06 July 2021 until Wednesday 14 July 2021, or when the works has been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Ashey Road between its junctions with Bettesworth Road and Carters Road. The alternative route will be sign posted locally. The closure is required for safety during utility works.

Great Preston Road, Ryde, (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order No 2 2021 Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 0930 hours until 1530 hours, or, from 1930 hours until 2300 hours, for one day, from Monday 28 June until Wednesday 30 June 2021, or when the works has been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Great Preston Road between its junctions with High Park Road and Smallbrook Lane. The alternative route will be sign posted locally. The closure is required for safety during carriageway repairs.

Various Streets, Ryde, (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order No 13 2021 Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that

  • Rink Road – from 0001 hours from Wednesday 30 June 2021 until 2359 hours on Friday 02 July 2021, or when the works has been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Rink Road between its junctions with Rink Road Industrial Estate and Monkton Street;
  •  Park Road – from 0001 hours from Friday 02 July 2021 until 2359 hours on Tuesday 06 July 2021, or when the works has been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Park Road between its junctions with Daniel Street and West Hill Road. The alternative route will be sign posted locally. The closure is required for safety during utility works.

Island Roads on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council give notice that between 0600 hours and 1800 hours on approximately five to ten days, or when the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner; that no vehicle or person may use, or cause any animal to use the following roads; and that no vehicle is permitted to wait on the following roads or within 50 metres on any adjoining side road where indicated by traffic signs. The closures are for carriageway and footway repairs, resurfacing, drainage works, verge maintenance and kerbing works between Friday 25 June 2021 and Friday 06 August 2021. Exact dates, durations and access information will be communicated to affected businesses and residents via letter and advanced warning signs before the scheme commences. It may be necessary to close this section of road on more than one occasion within this timeframe:

  • Park Road, Ryde, (Temporary Road Closure and Parking Restrictions) Order No 1 2021 – Park Road for its entire length. The restriction is required for safety during carriageway re-surfacing works.
  • Rink Road, Ryde, (Temporary Road Closure and Parking Restrictions) Order No 1 2021 – Rink Road for its entire length. The restriction is required for safety during carriageway re-surfacing works.
  • West Hill Road, Ryde, (Temporary Road Closure and Parking Restrictions) Order No 1 2021 – West Hill Road between its junctions with St Johns Avenue and East Hill Road. The restriction is required for safety during carriageway re-surfacing works.
  • Monkton Street, Ryde, (Temporary Road Closure and Parking Restrictions) Order No 1 2021 – Monkton Street between its junctions with St Johns Avenue and Winton Road. The restriction is required for safety during carriageway re-surfacing works.
  • Park Road, Ryde, (Temporary Road Closure and Parking Restrictions) Order No 2 2021 – Park Road between its junctions with Monkton Street and Daniel Street. The restriction is required for safety during carriageway re-surfacing works.
  • Solent Close, Ryde, (Temporary Road Closure and Parking Restrictions) Order No 2 2021 – Solent Close for its entire length. The restriction is required for safety during carriageway re-surfacing works.
  • Royal Walk, Ryde, (Temporary Road Closure and Parking Restrictions) Order No 2 2021 – Royal Walk for its entire length. The restriction is required for safety during carriageway re-surfacing works.
  • Queens Walk, Ryde, (Temporary Road Closure and Parking Restrictions) Order No 1 2021 – Queens Walk for its entire length. The restriction is required for safety during carriageway re-surfacing works.
  • Marina Avenue, Ryde, (Temporary Road Closure and Parking Restrictions) Order No 1 2021 – Marina Avenue for its entire length. The restriction is required for safety during carriageway re-surfacing works

Island Roads on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council give notice that between Friday 02 July 2021 and Friday 13 August 2021 the following restrictions will be in place for both day and night for a period of approximately nine weeks, or when the works have been completed, for safety during footway resurfacing works. No vehicle or person may use or cause any animal to use the following roads; and that no vehicle is permitted to wait on the following roads or within 50 metres on any adjoining side road where indicated by traffic signs. These works may include carriageway and footway reconstruction, resurfacing, drainage works, verge maintenance and kerbing works.  In some cases, it may be necessary to close these sections of roads on more than one occasion within this timeframe. Exact dates, durations and access information will be communicated to affected businesses and residents via letter and advanced warning signs before the scheme commences:
